Progressive Knockout Bounty
This game is worth extra points and follows our Big Game format with longer levels and slower structure.
Each time a player knocks out another player the losing players bounty is divided in half.  Half goes directly to the winning player and is out of the game.  The other half of the bounty is added to the winning players bounty.
Lunch is included!
