This is a 5 card Omaha game that is a split pot game for high hand and low hand.

Each player receives 5 hole cards, at showdown the player must use 2 cards out of is hand to make the best 5 card high hand, the best 5 card low hand(8 or better), or both high and low for the scoop.

The betting structure LIMIT - Structured betting with small bets first two betting rounds and big bets last 2 betting rounds.  Size of bets are limited (no all ins or pot sized bets).  4 bet cap
